1. Prescription requirements
All prescription (Schedule H/H1) medicines require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. Orders without a valid prescription will not be processed.
2. Medicine availability
Availability is subject to stock at the time of order. We will inform you promptly of any unavailable items.
3. Delivery timelines
Eligible orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days after prescription verification and confirmation. India Post Speed Post delivery generally takes approximately 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and postal service. These timelines are indicative.
4. India Post responsibilities
Once dispatched, the parcel is in the custody of India Post. Tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp. We are not liable for postal delays.
5. Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful GPay/UPI payment and our acknowledgement. Payment screenshots must be shared on WhatsApp.
6. Refunds & cancellations
Due to the nature of medicines, refunds are limited to cases of incorrect dispatch or damage reported within 24 hours of delivery. Cancellations must be requested before dispatch.
7. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact and address details, valid prescriptions, and check medicines on receipt.
